1) Will there be opportunities for customization?

According to Onni, there is a broad scope for customization of the suites as well as many options to allow for amalgamation of suites. The Charleson is supposed to come with three suites per floor standard, but sources tell me that Onni is open to amalgamating 2 or potentially 3 suites per floor to create suites that encompass an entire floor. Furthermore, there may be an option to have suites that take up half of an entire floor as opposed to 1/3 or 2/3’s of a floor.

2) What is the parking situation?

Most of suites in The Charleson will have individual secure 2 car parking garages with their own individual entrances. Also included in the parking garage will be wine coolers.

3) Where will the elevator be?

The elevator will be on the outside of the building, rather than the core. Much like a spine.

4) What kind of appliances will the homes come with?

You can expect Sub-Zero and Wolf Appliances to come standard with the suites.

5) What will the LEED Rating be?

It will be a certified LEED Gold building.

6) What sort of sizing can we expect for the suites?

The suites are designed to be large, starting at 1000 SqFt and going up to 2300 Sqft with opportunity to amalgamate suites.

7) What will be the concierge hours?

There will be a 24 hour on-site concierge.
